"...I believe that understanding oneself begins with slowing down and noticing what is already present."

Active listening , observation, and remaining receptive to what unfolds in the present moment are central qualities in both my way of being and my way of working. These skills allow me to attune not only to what is said, but also to what emerges subtly in the relationship.

My professional path follows a fil rouge: it is a reflection of who I am, my values, and my way of relating to others.

Before dedicating myself to Counseling, I worked for years as a Tour Guide and Tour Leader, sharing art, history, and culture with people from around the world.

Over time, my interest shifted from guiding through places to accompanying people through inner landscapes.

These experiences, together with my multicultural background and my own journey as a Counseling client first, shape the way I approach each person’s story—with sensitivity, respect, and presence.

This path led me to pursue a degree in Expressive Counseling within a humanistic–existential approach, while also developing creative projects exploring the connection between people, arts, and photography.

In my practice, expressive arts are not about artistic performance, but about offering alternative ways to access meaning, awareness, and emotional expression.

Since 2019, I have been combining Counseling & Coaching, using reflective and expressive methods to support insight, self-trust, and personal growth.
